    对于中职学校的学生来说，在毕业之后将直接步入社会，经历激烈的市场竞争，需要具备较强的身体素养和心理素养才能够保持健康的发展状态，教师需要通过合理设置课程内容、教学方式多元化、因材施教、传授健康知识、培养体育品德、加强互动教学、丰富校园生活的方式营造良好的学习环境，为实现核心素养的有效提升提供便利条件。
