    Abstract：

    基于21世纪下，为了提升中国综合国力，国家相关组织提出人才强国战略，要求各大院校培养高素质、高能力精英人才，为社会发展输送宝贵人力资源。故此，高等院校教育管理要强调“以人为本”，以学生为工作主体，强化学生主体意识，推动学生全面发展。本文基于对我国高教管理工作方向进行解读，分析高教管理现状，而后总结出具体发展路径，以供参考。
