Abstract：
随着社会经济的快速发展，我国水利水电工程建设规模逐步扩大，无论是农村小型水利水电工程，还是覆盖较大区域的重点工程，都与人们的生产生活息息相关。在现代科学发展理念下，水利工程设计施工中的节能减排尤为重要，其中给水排水环节的节能减排设计备受关注。文章阐述了水利水电工程给水排水节能减排的基本概念，分析了给水排水节能减排在水利水电工程中的重要性。探讨了当前水利水电工程中给排水节能减排设计施工存在的问题，并针对性探讨了做好给排水节能减排的思路及策略。
