    研究对深圳既有存量开发政策展开比较分析，聚焦产权处置这一存量开发政策的核心规则，从对象范围全面性、产权处置衔接性、路径配置体系性三方面要素建立比较体系，系统分析检讨了深圳市现行存量开发制度，为深圳市进一步建设与完善统筹全局、互促共利、协同高效的存量开发制度提供有益参考，也为全国其他地区存量开发制度建设提供可借鉴的经验。
