    Abstract：

    双减政策颁布后，体智能成为热门话题，要求加强学生身体素质成为体育教学中首要目标。在教学中运用游戏教学，使学生在“玩”中学习体育知识，强健身体机能。教师应在教学过程中运用游戏教学的方式，激发学生的体育精神，使学生在体育运动中获得愉悦的情感，继而提高课堂效率。本文就通过“玩”提高小学生体育教学质量进行分析，以期为相关工作者提供参考。
