班级就像是一台大戏，班主任老师就是这场戏的导演，要根据每个演员，每个场景的不同特点，采取不同的方法。班主任老师要针对学生的不同情况，扮演好不同的角色。在我的班主任工作中，我就在不同的时间、地点扮演着慈母、严父、良师、朋友等角色。
