    Abstract：

    教育是推动我国社会与文化进步的主要动力，教师的重要性就凸显而出。高素质的教师可以保证高质量的教育，对于农村学校，近年来，师资力量和结构不断在发生变化，青年教师队伍建设已经成为各个农村学校工作的重心。在当今的山村校园中，许多青年教师本身还存在着一些问题，而对青年教师的激励与培养，也应当是我国教育部门的重要工作内容。
