Abstract：
我国是一个法治国家，依法治国是党和国家治理方针之一，法治素养培养则是我国教育体系主要内容之一。对于中职院校而言，培养学生法治观念十分有必要。本文通过对当前中职生法治观念现状进行分析，然后基于现状强调在中职院校教学中加强法治观念教育的重要性，从而为中职生法治观念教育培养提供指导。
