Abstract：

思想是具有支配性的个人行为，尤其是对我国的机关单位而言。思想政治教育是提高员工工作使命感的根本途径。特别是在当前社会形势日益复杂的情况下，为更好地提高本单位职工服务质量，必须加强思想政治工作。文章从本单位职工教育的基础上探讨思想政治教育的预防措施，以期为新形势下本单位职工教育工作提供参考。
