    Abstract：

    儿童思考力、思辨的能力、创造力、合作力和人际交往以及沟通的能力是新型儿童思想哲学教育课程所要求和培育的五大核心素养。而要开发一批具有地方校教育特色的新型儿童思想哲学教育课程，须明晰把握开发实施儿童思想哲学教育课程的基本规律问题，探索开发实施儿童思想哲学教育课程的具体行动路径，建设实施开发儿童思想哲学教育课程的优秀教师团队。如此，方能真正打开儿童思辨之门，启迪儿童智慧之源，培养一批具有哲学思想智慧的儿童，促进儿童思想道德素养发展与儿童人格素养形成。
