    Abstract：

    小学生自身年龄较小，道德意识与法治意识十分模糊，对于部分存在的侵害现象往往不会主动地开展自我保护，并且由于自身知识限制，无法有效理解违法行为与专业术语。因此，在日常教学过程中，教师需要从学生角度出发，开展道德与法治课程教学，提高学生的道德修养以及法治精神，提高课堂教学效果，真正实现教学目标。
