Abstract：
高等职业教育3+2模式是中高职教育的衔接模式，又称“初中起点大学专科教育”，是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。“3+2”分段贯通培养模式有利于中高职院校对人才培养进行系统性的教学规划，有利于建立相应的制度保障，打破了职业院校的教育壁垒。但这其中也存在形式化、课程设置盲目性，学生学习的主动性差，师资力量薄弱等问题提出相应举措。
