Abstract：
工匠精神是一种劳动精神，人民创造历史从根本上看是劳动创造历史。中等职业教育担负着为国家培养高素质技能人才的重任。工匠精神的提出为新时代中职人才的培养指明了方向，如何将工匠精神植根于中职校园学生心中，通过多种路径实现工匠精神的培育是本文的主要分析内容。
