Abstract：
小学教育是学生接受教育的最初阶段，也是最为关键的时期，在小学生成长中发挥着关键性的作用，同时也有益于培养学生综合素养。小学教师对小学教育发挥着决定性作用，因为小学教育拥有着其本身的特点，所以教师的教育工作也十分系统和繁杂，为让小学教师具备较高的素质和教育水平，就需要在小学教育特性基础上，采取相应的措施。本文对此展开了研究，以供参考。
