    高等职业教育的目的不仅是让学生掌握专业技能，方便以后就业，还包括对学生职业道德的培养，进而在未来的工作中，具有爱岗敬业的"工匠精神".为此，对工匠精神的内涵及其在高职工艺美术教学过程中的重要性进行论述，并对工匠精神的培养模式进行探讨.
