Abstract：
随着社会的不断发展，也对青少年一代的身体素质提出了更高的要求，不仅要具备较强的心理承受能力，而且也要具备拼搏的精神和竞争的意识，才能够更好地满足社会发展的需求，并实现个人的良好发展。而在初中体育教学中应用拓展训练，能够有效提高学生的综合素质，并促进学生的全面发展。因此，对初中体育教学中应用拓展训练的策略进行探讨具有重要的意义。
