    Abstract：

    工民建物的渗水漏水的因素有很多，同时渗水漏水不仅会削减工民建物的使用寿命，影响居民的居住体验，还可能威胁到居民的安全，所以应该值得相关部门去重视。防水防渗也一直是工民建施工中极为重要的一点。在施工过程中，应利用好防水防渗技术，按照相关标准对整个施工环节的质量进行监督把控。基于此，本文主要分析了工民建施工中防水防渗技术的运用。
