    Abstract：

    高校师德师风建设是一个系统、长期的工程。针对当前高校师德师风建设存在的问题，从制度机制、养成体系、监督治理等几个方面进行分析并提出了相应建议，力求整合各方面的力量、建立完善的师德师风建设工作机制，建立全方位的师德师风养成体系，严格师德监督和治理，营造良好的师德师风氛围，着力提升高校教师的师德水平。
