Abstract：
在法院作出撤销业主大会选聘物业服务企业决议的判决后，业主委员会依据该决议与物业服务企业签订的物业服务合同是否当然无效，在没有得到全体业主或大多数业主授权的情况下，单个业主是否具有主张物业服务合同无效的主体资格，现行法律法规对此没有明确规定，值得探讨。
