Abstract：
新形势下的高校教育要按照立德树人的教育诉求，实现教育内容、教学模式和教学机制的综合性改革，这样才能够保证培养出社会发展需要的人才。劳动教育和思政教育向来是高校教育体系中的薄弱环节，对应教育的效益也没有发挥出来，这与当前素质教育的要求是不吻合的。在这样的背景下，就需要切实地处理好劳动教育与思政教育之间的关系，架构相互结合的育人模式，由此进入到更加理想的高校教育格局。
