Abstract：
数学是小学教育中非常重要的科目，对学生个人素质的培养有着诸多益处。为此，小学数学教师应该在核心素养视域下了解核心素养对小学生能力和素养的要求，制定有效的教学策略，如以核心素养为目标，制定教学方案；以学习能力为引领，优化教学过程等，以此提高小学生的知识学习与应用能力。
