Abstract：
在新课程改革形势下，素质教育理念深入人心，培养高素质高技能的综合型人才已成为当前中职教育的首要任务。在此时代背景下，中职作为教育体系中的重要部分，要实现德育工作效果的提升，就需要积极进行教学模式的创新与改进，而全媒体技术为其德育工作提供了良好的手段。为了能够提高学生文明用网、科学用网意识，培养学生良好的思想道德素质，本文根据网络环境对学生的影响进行了深度分析，并对网络环境下中职班主任德育工作开展进行了深度研究。
