Abstract：
工匠精神是一种敬业、爱岗、精益的精神追求，是促进个人发展和社会进步的主要动能。在新的发展阶段，国家现代化的建设需要一批具有工匠精神和品质的优秀人才，这就要求高校思政工作发挥育人作用，借助工匠思想和文化，引领学生的职业态度和价值观念，促进工匠精神在新一代年轻群体中的继承和弘扬。本文针对工匠精神融入思政育人工作，提出具体的对策和建议，为培养更多工匠型人才提供参考和帮助。
