    Abstract：

    为人师者，除却要关爱学生之外，更应当成为学生的领路人、陪伴者、见证者。唯有心中时刻怀揣着对学生的大爱，才能够在教学之路上展现个人的师德师风，让整个人的灵魂在教育中得到升华，让学生的语文素养得以提升。接下来，笔者将结合自己的实际教学体验，利用相关教学案例，对于在小学教学中提升学生语文核心素养的问题进行策略性的探究，希望可以提出些微有效意见。
