    Abstract：

    新课程标准明确指出语文阅读是一种突出学生个性化的行为，教师在教学活动中必须突出学生的主体地位，引导学生深入研究阅读材料，重视提高学生的学习兴趣，同时在阅读过程中真挚情感，帮助学生增强情感体验，进而感受语文阅读的乐趣。从实践的角度看，初中语文教师有效的课堂建设必须遵循新课程标准要求，以确保满足学生个性化的发展需求。基于此，本文就新课程标准下提高初中语文阅读教学有效性的策略开展探究与分析。
