Abstract：

培养技工院校学生的职业素养对以后的全面发展有着至关重要的意义。因此，技工院校在实际教育教学中，应当选择全新的教学方式及有效策略给学生开展教学工作，关注与高度重视技工院校学生职业素养的有效培养方式。所以，文章主要论述了技工院校学生职业素养培养的有效对策，并对培养方式进行全面分析及深入研究。
