Abstract：

教师在研究以作业安排为基础的小学英语教学大纲时，应将基础教育的概念纳入多样化的安排和战略中。考虑到学生的总体能力发展和教育需要，教学内容是根据学生的学习自主性、自身的思想、语言和学习能力进行设计。确保学习的有效性，使学生能够进行适当和有效的学习，并促进他们的技能和能力的全面发展。
