    Abstract：

    小组合作学习法是一种行之有效的教学方法，其可以促使学生发挥主体作用，进而在收获知识的同时收获能力。基于此，初中信息技术教师要在教学中有效落实小组合作学习法。那教师具体该付诸哪些行为呢？他们要为学生布置合作任务；要为学生创设竞争氛围；还要让学生重视反思活动。针对这三种行为，笔者在本文中进行了详细的介绍，旨在起到抛砖引玉的作用。
