    在移动互联网时代下，传统的教学方式正在发生着变化，作为一种新型的、现代化的教学方式，微课教学以短视频为载体，具有主题鲜明、内容精炼、针对性强等特点，能够有效满足当前教育信息化、网络化特点。小学信息技术课程的开设，旨在提高学生的信息素养和技术创新的能力，微课作为创新教学方式的一种，正在小学信息技术教学中被广泛应用。
