Abstract：
在初中地理教学方法研究中实施素质教育的背景下，教师需要提高自身素质，树立终身学习的意识，并根据学生学习的实际需要，不断优化传统的教学过程，从而提高教学的针对性，更好地提高学生的素质，使学习更有效。因此，本文在研究组织教育背景下初中地理有效教学方法的基础上，结合自己的教学经验和实践感受，探讨了自己的观点，希望能为大家提供参考价值。
