    在初中班级管理实践中，学生是管理的主体与主要对象，而在素质化教育不断推行的背景之下，也越来越重视人性化管理的践行，通过人性的班级管理方式来为学生营造一个更加和谐、轻松与快乐的初中学习与生活氛围，才能够为初中班级的管理带来更好的发展。因此，在初中班级人性化管理实践中，班主任应该积极地采取有效的管理措施，结合初中学生的心理特征来进行实施。
