Abstract：
随着社会发展，核心素养已成为学校教师教学工作的重中之重。教师在培养学生英语文化意识时也应结合核心素养的相关内容，以便有效提升高中学生的英语水平。本文先是对文化意识的含义进行浅谈，然后根据目前高中英语教学的现状提出基于核心素养培养学生文化意识的有效策略。
