Abstract：
数学是小学阶段极为重要的基础性学科。学生的自主学习能力是影响小学数学教学效果的主要因素之一，因此教师要注意增强学生的自主学习能力，在数学学习的初级阶段打下坚实的基础。要想完成这一任务，教师在教学过程中需要及时转变思想观念，利用新型的教学方法和教学模式，以学生为中心展开教学。文章简要分析自主学习能力的意义和作用，并就如何在小学数学教学中培养学生的自主学习能力进行深入分析，提出有效的教学策略。
