    师德建设是高校精神文明建设的主体任务，也是高校教师政治思想工作的重点。当前，高校师德师风建设中还存在育人观念淡化、敬业精神欠佳的问题，甚至仍有道德行为失范的行为，仍需持续抓好师德师风建设，构建师德建设长效机制。
