    Abstract：

    随着国家对中职教学的投入不断增加，如何提升中职学校的教学质量成为重要议题。数学作为一门重要的基本学科，能够锻炼学生的逻辑思维能力、空间想象能力和创新能力，并且在实际生活中有着重要的应用。掌握这些数学核心素养的学生在就业上能够更快地适应岗位需求。因此，老师可以通过调整教育理念、锻炼学生实践能力以及探究式教学等策略培养中职学生的数学核心素养，综合提高学生的各项数学能力，从而增强学生的就业优势。
