Abstract：
在国有粮食产业的发展过程中，营运资金作为贯穿企业整个运营活动的重要组成部分，同时使维持企业开展正常经营活动的主要资金。营运资金作为粮食购销企业的整体运作根本，在粮食购销企业的发展过程中，需要关注营运资金风险的防控工作，避免对企业造成严重的财务危机，在粮食购销企业的发展过程中，受到多种因素的影响，致使其在营运资金管理中出现问题，特别是营运资金的风险管理。通过分析粮食购销企业在营运资金风险管理中的问题，并提出相应的对策。
