    Abstract：

    为了实现更有效率的教学，教师就要根据学生不同的先天条件，采取不同的教学方法，也就是分层教学。分层教学不仅能够有效地提高中学数学课堂的教学质量，还能全面培养学生的综合数学能力。本文以此为出发点，浅谈初中数学课堂上分层教学的实践与探究。希望此研究能够为广大教师提供一些借鉴和帮助，仅供参考。
