Abstract：
师生之间的矛盾是必然存在的，无法避免的，对于学生而言，“亲其师，则信其道”，“亲”从哪里来呢？很大程度上源于教师的交往艺术！而积极心理学则为我们开辟了一个新的解决思路！即以积极的态度看待每一位学生，对学生的言语和行为的积极面、光明面或长处给予有选择的关注，利用其自身的积极因素促使对方发生积极变化。
