    Abstract：

    在高等院校大力推进“课程思政”建设的背景下，伴随着“新文科”理念的兴起以及大数据、“互联网+”时代的到来，均对包括刑事诉讼法学在内的诸多学科的教育教学活动带来了新的挑战。本文立足于以上新时代特征，从教育教学实践出发，对刑事诉讼法学课堂教学的改革方向和路径进行了有益探索，希冀能够助力推进该课程的教学实效。
