    为适应新技术、新产业的发展需求，教育部正大力推进新工科建设。在此背景下，图书馆应主动加强文献信息资源建设，为新工科专业建设提供有力的保障。文章分析独立学院面临的文献信息资源建设困境及加强文献信息资源建设的必要性，并探讨了文献信息资源建设的策略。
