长期以来,高等职业院校在目标定位上的偏离,导致人文素养课程在其目标、内容、形式等方面,忽略本地文化对课程的深远影响,不利于人文素养课程目标的实现。宁夏地方文化与高职院校人文素养课程的融合,需要通过优化课程设置、挖掘文化内涵、端正人文素养课程教师的教学态度、优化教学方法和手段等途径,深层次地影响高职学生人文素养的提高。
