Abstract：
信息技术时代为公司的快速发展创造了有利条件，并且给财务核算带来了困难。文章分析了信息化时代的财务会计办公环境，对务会计面临的问题进行了总结，从信息技术系统建设、公司财务会计组织机构自主创新等方面对财务会计自主创新进行了科学研究。并着重探讨了如何建设综合性财务会计人才队伍。以便于完成信息技术在公司财务会计中的应用，协助公司提升使用价值，以及合理的发展趋势。
