Abstract：
教师要鼓励学生积极主动的参与到习题变式教学中去，不能一直是学生“练”，而教师“变”。有必要激励学生大胆地“变”，引导他们有意识的、有目的地从“不变”的本质中探究“变”的规律，从“变”的现象中发现“不变”的本质，可以辅助学生整合所教授的知识要点，并塑造学生的举一反三的能力和创新精神以及意识。
