Abstract：
学校最根本的发展是学生的发展，学校的目的不应该是单一的传授知识，而应该是最大限度地促进学生的发展。因此，学校应该成为学生发现自己潜能的地方。为了学生的发展就必须关注教师的发展，以师生的发展促进中学教育教学工作的发展。
