    Abstract：

    必须首先改变角色，并了解师生之间的关系。以前，每位教师都认为教学的中心是自己，并要求学生也以自己为中心。教师采用“满堂灌”的教学方式，对知识学生只是被动的接受。在教学中教师要以学生为主体，以人为本，让学生的发展的渴望、需要、个性和情感得到尊重，这是素质教育对广大教师的要求。
