Abstract：
有些学生害怕向老师提出问题，也有的感觉缺少提问的机会。针对这种情况，教师应设法为学生营造一个民主而公正的学习氛围。在这种教学氛围中，教师应留给学生更多自主空间，使用特定的方法鼓励学生积极参与课堂讨论，踊跃提出问题，展开课堂竞赛，采用激励性语言对学生的发言进行评估。
