Abstract：
高中孩子们作为同学们活动的组织者和领导者，是孩子与他人之间沟通的纽带和桥梁，对孩子们德育的发展趋势至关重要。因此，在德育逐步推进的情形下，充分发挥教育者的重要作用，逐步提高德育的针对性已成为提高教学水平，提高高校整体素质的主要途径。
