Abstract：
幼儿园班级管理是一项帮助教师更好地管理班级、提升教学效果，帮助幼儿获得更好的生活和学习体验的一项工作。加强幼儿园班级管理质量对于幼儿园的教学质量和未来的发展有着很大的帮助，也可以让幼儿在今后的学习和生活中都具备有更强的适应能力。所以幼儿园要充分发挥多元评价在幼儿园班级管理质量中的作用，通过多元评价来更好地掌握幼儿的学习效果，因此本文研究了幼儿园班级管理质量中多元评价的应用策略，希望帮助幼儿园教师更好地优化自己的教学效果。
