Abstract：
在现代化教育工作中，立德树人已经成为学校重点关注的内容。职业教育作为教育领域的重点内容，对于学生的发展以及各个领域的人才培养有着十分重要的意义。其中中职德育课程在学生教育中具有不同的比较特殊的作用，它主要是培养学生的个性品质、道德素质以及职业素养等等，这对于学生日后的工作岗位成长有着十分重要的作用。本文首先分析了当前德育课程开展过程中存在的一些问题，然后就这些问题有针对性地提出解决对策，进而为学生们思想品质提升奠定基础。
