Abstract：
加强对中职学生的思政教育，全面提升中职学生的思政素质和人文涵养，培育“德技双馨”的技能人才，成为合格的社会主义建设者和接班人，是新时代中职教育的时代使命。“一二三四”思政教育工作法基于破解学校思政教育弱化、虚化问题，对引领中职学生全面发展，对加强中职学校思政教育工作，提升中职学校思政教育质量具有一定的借鉴价值。
